About Esophaguys
You play as the Esophaguys — yeah, a bunch of old dudes with necks that stretch like crazy. You can swing, bite, and stretch your way through absolute chaos, whether you’re solo or playing with up to four friends. The goal? Reunite your lost kin while causing mayhem along the way.

The world ties together in a hub area, where you rebuild the ancient monument of your people and unlock new outfits for your freaky-necked kin.
Oh, and the sound design? Totally unhinged. It’s all about twangy jaw-harp music mixed with thousands of real mouth noises. Every grunt, stretch, and swing sounds grossly hilarious but also kinda impressive. It’s honestly a vibe you won’t hear in any other game.
How to Download & Install Esophaguys
- So, click on the download button available below and upon clicking it you will be taken to the website (PixelDrain) that hosts the pre-activated game file.
- However, there you will find a download button click on it and the game will start downloading. Then wait for it to finish downloading. In some cases, there will be a timer so you will have to wait. After that timer ends then you will have to click on the download button.
