About NIGHTBELL

Nightbell throws you right into a Christmas Eve that starts off cozy and safe, then slowly turns strange. At first, it’s all the stuff you’d expect: a little boy, his mom, the glow from the tree, the dinner table set with hope for a bit of holiday magic. But once the sun goes down, that safe feeling slips away. The house feels off. Shadows crawl a little too far, familiar rooms seem wrong, and weird noises keep breaking the silence. The boy feels it too—something’s not right, and he can’t just shake it off. He has to figure out what’s really going on.

You play as this kid, creeping through the house as it shifts around you. The distant ring of a bell pulls you deeper. You’ll sneak past dark corners, hide when you sense something near, and piece together scraps of clues that suggest something much bigger is happening. Every new discovery messes with your sense of what’s real and what’s just in your head.

By morning, it almost feels like the whole thing was just a bad dream. But some details won’t let you move on. They stick with you, nagging at the back of your mind. Was it really just a child’s nightmare, or did something else come into that house while everyone was supposed to be safe asleep?
