About Slay or Fall

Slay or Fall is a text-based roguelike with some cool management vibes. You play as the Dark Lord, running a massive dungeon while waves of heroes are coming to end you. Every event gives you choices that actually matter—your decisions can mess with the heroes, your dungeon, or even yourself.

Between those events, you’ll deal with fights, politics, and scheming. You can throw around magic, order your minions, and plot dirty tricks to stay alive until the final showdown. But be careful—your moves shape how everything plays out.

Under your control are four factions, and they’re not all exactly loyal. Goblins are greedy but bring in the gold. Cultists are few, but crazy loyal and strong with dark magic. Lizards are honor-driven warriors who handle dungeon logistics, and the Ratfolks are rebellious pests—but if you bend them to your will, their spying and assassination skills are lethal.

The game is built for replayability—different heroes, branching events, and tons of outcomes mean no two runs are the same. You can win however you want: crush the heroes in battle, starve them out, corrupt their minds, break their morale, or just straight-up trick them into turning on each other.

How to Download & Install Slay or Fall
