About The Minister
The character system in this game is built around four main things: Traits, HP, Loyalty, and Satiety. Each character starts with five Traits that shape who they are and how you can use them. Combat works in two different styles depending on who you bring with you. You can take up to three warrior attendants into turn-based battles to deal with physical threats, or bring nine scholar attendants into debate battles where it’s all about verbal duels with groups of scholars. It’s not just about fighting—it’s about knowing when to flex your strength or your words.
The world itself feels alive, and every character you meet has their own struggles and side stories. The real challenge is figuring out which quests are actually worth your time and which ones you can afford to skip. And with disasters, corruption, and social collapse always brewing, even the top officials can’t stop what’s coming.
